Temporary Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist Location - Hertford Pay Rate - £9 per hour Hours of work - 1pm to 5pm We are currently assisting in the recruitment of a temporary Customer Service Advisor/Receptionist to join our client based in Hertford. The successful candidate will have previous Customer Service experience and have a polite telephone manner. Duties include: * Answering customer telephone calls, trying to resolve their queries in a polite and timely manner. * Dealing face-to-face with the public. * General ad hoc administrative duties. * Reception duties including; answering telephone calls, greeting customers and directly them to relevant departments, organising incoming and outgoing post.
