HR GO Recruitment are urgently seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisors for our client in Birkenhead.
You will be taking inbound calls and updating customer data.
You will be confident and outgoing with the ability to build rapport. You must be a competent computer user, ideally from previous customer service background, however not essential.
Full training will be provided prior to start of the role, whether you are looking for something short term or long term there will further opportunities within the business for the right candidates.
Full time positions, 40 hrs per week, working between 8am-10pm any 5 out of 7 days across on a rota basis. Central location close to bus and train links.
