HR GO Recruitment are looking to recruit high volume Customer Service Advisors for our prestigious Client based in the Washington/Gateshead area to start the first week in November.

This role will be home-based, however training will be office based in Gateshead for a period of two weeks and you also must have access to your own PC and WIFI.

The role will be dealing with e-mail enquiries only and candidates with multi lingual skills would also be advantageous.

Key Skills and Attributes:-

  • Customer Focused

  • Excellent keyboard skills and computer literature

  • Data Capture and knowledge of CRM Systems

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must

  • Respond to enquiries in an efficient and timely manner

The rate of pay is £9.18 an hour, based on a 40-hour week.
