Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Chester
Hours: Between 9.00am-7.00pm (9.00am-5.00pm or 10.30am-7.30pm) Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Weekends on a rota
Salary: £10.00 per hour (Paid weekly in arrears)
Due to continued growth and success our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisor's, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established company based in Chester, located next to the Train Station.
If you have previous retail, customer service, call centre or hospitality experience with excellent communication skills and are looking for a new challenge then look no further as full training is provided.
Duties:
Liaising with potential customers/vendors over the phone, going through a list of pre-qualifying questions to obtain suitability
Processing the information onto internal database
Passing the information upon completion onto the relevant department to be reviewed
Skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Ability to build rapport
Accurate data entry
Good knowledge of Word and Outlook with excellent computer skills
