Customer Service Advisor Bridgwater £16,000 - £17,000 + OTE 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday Full Time, Permanent Our client, a fairly new but well-established, national organisation, are looking for an empathetic, customer-focused individual to join their passionate team in Bridgwater! Main duties: Processing customer orders accurately Monitoring customer feedback Dealing with customer queries by telephone effectively and efficiently Providing appropriate solutions to customer complaints in line with Company Policies and Procedures Ensure Data Protection and confidentiality is maintained at all times General administration duties such as scanning and shredding confidential documents, processing letters Providing excellent customer service at all times Requirements: Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a Call Centre Environment Professional telephone manner Empathetic and understanding in nature Team player, but also able to utilise own initiative Ability to pick up information quickly Meticulous individual who pays great attention to detail Organisation and prioritising skills IT proficient, with experience working with all Microsoft Packages Previous knowledge of SAGE or similar packages would be desirable Package: * Holiday * Pension * KPI related bonus
