We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser for a public-sector organisation based in Oxford. This is a full-time temporary role for 7 months initially.

As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be:

• Answering incoming queries from the public and partner agencies
• Researching information for customers to help resolve queries
• Responding to enquiries regarding Registration services and recording relevant information
• Dealing with any complaints and escalating to the correct team as appropriate

You will need to have:

• Previous experience working in customer services
• Knowledge on resolving issues and dealing with multiple queries
• Good administrative and IT skills to record data
• Excellent communication skills and be customer focused
