Customer Service Administrator
We are looking for Customer Service Administrator for our client in Herne Bay with an immediate start!
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00, temporary position, long term
Pay Rate: £10.20 p/hr
What would you be doing?
- Dealing with phone calls ( inbound & outbound)
- Dealing with quotes efficiently
- Responding and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
- General Office administration
What do you need to be successful?
- Customer Service Administrator experience desirable
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Manufacturing or production experience desirable
- Customer Service
- Customer accounts experience
