HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit 2 x Customer Service Administrators for their prestigious client based in Blyth. The overall purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to both clients and internal staffing, in both a professional and timely manner. Key Duties: * Have a thorough understanding and have used excel spreadsheets, word processing and be IT literate * Maintaining an established work schedule * Close communication with Service Engineers * Meeting of strict SLA'S both planning and prioritising * Maintain strong relationships with maintenance and warranty customers * Maintain strong relationships with BDM's and RSE's * Manage Field Support Engineers Equipment Stock * Generate quotations for small works orders * Enter and manage orders on to SAGE * Be independent, self-motivated and have the ability to work to tight timescales * Always abide by and actively promote the Company's Core Values and Code of Ethics. Job Competencies/Key Skills: * Answering the telephone within the department professionally * Excellence in Customer Service * Excellent organisation and planning skills * A team player both confident and professional * Practical and adaptable. * Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative * Office House Keeping This role is a temp to perm role for the right candidate and the pay is negotiable.
