Our client in South West London is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Mainly taking inbound customer Service calls re invoice queries, repair queries and large number of calls will be internal from the engineers ordering of parts for machinery and chasing them up. Assisting with taking calls and putting sales order onto the system
The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operation of the department including telephone support for customers on minor technical problems, processing of sales orders, purchasing of parts and advance replacement sourcing in an industry demanding immediate problem resolution.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills with a flexible and innovative approach to problem solving and will ultimately develop comprehensive product knowledge.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, at the very least the ideal candidate must have a good practical knowledge and understanding of computer software and good working knowledge of Word and Excel and have the ability to be able to work under their own initiative in a very busy department. Possess very good administration skills with attention to detail. They must also provide problem-related feedback to other relevant departments in a timely manner and ensure that adequate product information is available to all staff including training where appropriate.
A driving license is not essential but may be a benefit in dealing with customers and suppliers, this may involve a small amount of time away from home as will attendance at trade exhibitions as required.
