Job Specification POSITION: Customer Service Administrator LOCATION: Sherburn HOURS: Monday- Thursday 8:15am - 16:40pm, Friday - 8:15am - 15:55pm SALARY: £20,000p/a REF: VR/00510 My client is a Multinational Manufacturing company and they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work within their busy Customer Service Department in Malton, Sherburn. Key responsibilities include: Input orders into the SAP system, processing and checking details and resolving any issues or queries. Generating and sending order acknowledgements * The timely release of order details to Production/Operations team * Handling day-to-day enquiries received regarding customer contracts, products and general administration duties * Co-ordinating the delivery of each contract and notifying the customer of the delivery date (and time) by phone/E mail * Responding promptly and effectively within agreed KPI's * Logging of complaints The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: * Construction background Knowledge, Steel industry preferable * Champion the Customer's requirements at all times * Advanced knowledge of SAP and /or Salesforce CRM systems * BE committed, driven, resourceful and have a positive can do attitude * Problem Solver and provide continuous improvements solutions * Be a valued and proactive team member * Be able to learn new skills quickly Please call Nicola at HR GO recruitment for more information on 0151 3471110 or email your CV to nicola@hrgoliverpool.co.uk
