Customer Service Administrator in Huntingdon

Do you enjoy being busy? Are you looking for a customer service role with an immediate start? Do you have admin experience?

My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual with an excellent telephone manner to join their busy Customer Service Team.

You will be working in a team environment liaising with clients, members of the public and service providers, to receive and resolve queries, issues and problems throughout the UK.

You must be able to work under pressure and approach problems with enthusiasm, common sense and the very highest standards of customer care.

Applicants should be diligent and personable with excellent attention to detail. You will be communicating via telephone acting as an interface between multiple parties to see issues through to resolution.

Previous experience is essential although full training is provided.

In return my client offers excellent long term contract, modern offices, on site parking and career mentoring for employees who wish to advance

Working Hours

Week 1- Monday 9-6pm Tuesday- Friday- 9-5pm

Week 2- Monday 9-6pm- Tuesday-Friday 10-6pm

You will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays- a day off in the week this falls in to be taken in that week.

Salary - £7.50 per hour
