My client is a UK and international business in the tolling industry. They have a fantastic opportunity available to join them as a Customer Sales Envoy based in Carlisle.

As part of this role, you will respond to customer queries, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Working collaboratively with the Sales Team, your curious nature and natural rapport building skills will enable you to proactively identify new business opportunities where they can add value. You will be responsible for routine delivery of parcels and collection of returns.

As a Customer Sales Envoy your responsibilities will include:

• Selling company products to local customers
• Parcel deliveries and returns within a specific geographical area of responsibility obtaining proof of delivery
• Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating a delivery vehicle
• Identify and visit new customers whilst increasing existing customer spend
• Support the branch warehouse by undertaking any reasonable duties from time to time, including periodic stocktakes.
• Working closely with the Sales team to identify and progress opportunities

To succeed in this role, we ask that you have the following:

• Full driving Licence
• Good local geographical knowledge.
• Flexibiliy to support other branch locations within the region as required.
• Able to prioritise and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Sales experience desirable
• Passion and drive to succeed and grow as an individual
• A proactive attitude with good problem solving skills.

Hours - 8am till 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, 8am - 4pm on Friday.
