Customer Sales Co-ordinator - required to join a very successful team based in Ashford, Kent

This is a telephone based role dealing with customer orders, checking stock availability and processing orders electronically.

Our Client is a well established specialist business, they offer a friendly working environment.

Hours are 09.00-17.30 - 37.5 hours per week plus 1 Saturday morning per month with time in lieu given.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with e-commerce based business experience to take on their next role.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience of telephone based sales order processing
• Communicating with customers and suppliers on the telephone and by email
• Good working knowledge of excel, word and outlook
• Experience of web based and internet sales
• A confident communicator - verbal and written
• Flexible working approach
• Problem solving skills when required
• A good team player
• The ability to take on more responsibility as the business grows further

Our Client is looking for a driven and customer focused individual to start on a temporary basis with immediate effect, however there is an opportunity of a permanent contract after a qualifying period.
