It's looking for a Customer Care Supervisor to join its growing team, full-time in Bridgwater, Somerset. About the job: In this Customer Service role, you'll work with the Customer Care Manager to ensure all Customer Care Advisors are trained and monitored on internal processes to ensure optimum levels of customer service and product delivery. You'll look to make improvements to processes to increase efficiency across the service play a pivotal part in the day-to-day service provided to internal and external customers. In order to provide a high-quality service, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of the products available, in order to advise customers when required. A patient and caring approach will be required when dealing with customers. You will also link with healthcare providers on a regular basis whilst ensuring Data Protection and confidentiality is maintained at all times. What skills and experience should you have?
