This role is all about offering fantastic customer service and exceeding customer expectations, you will need to be able to multi task and work well under pressure as it can be a demanding position during busy periods.
* Responding to customer enquiries this could be outbound or inbound calls
* Completing online applications and accurately recording customer responses
* Attending daily team meetings/catch ups
* Working to agreed KPI's
No cold calling (outbound calls are to customers who have already made an initial enquiry)
They work on a shift rota basis from Monday - Saturday, you will be required to work 37.5 hours a week and this will include evenings and at least 2 Saturdays per month (Rota's are completed one month in advance)
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 1 years experience in either a call centre or admin position.
