Customer Account Manager (Aerospace Precision Engineering) Opportunity for an experienced key account manager to take a senior customer focused role with one of the UK's largest aerospace manufacturing companies. Providing an excellent level of customer service, you will be pivotal in building and cementing positive working relationships with clients and key personnel within those companies. You will need to fully utilise your understanding of the aerospace precision engineering industry and your solid customer account management skills to succeed in this role. Primarily concerned with providing excellent customer service, you will additionally: * Ensure clients are aware of the full scope and range of the company's services * Identify opportunities for further sales, communicate these to the Commercial Director and follow up on leads. * Meet with clients to build upon new and established relationships. * Liaise with internal management, departments and the Commercial Director to ensure that client accounts are managed effectively and that client needs are communicated and fulfilled to client expectations. * Identify, escalate and resolve any concerns that the client might raise. * Conduct and review customer satisfaction surveys, identifying and communicating any areas of company performance that need improvement. Previous experience managing key accounts, coupled with a strong understanding of the aerospace manufacturing industry and precision engineering are essential to this role. You will also have impressive interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and establish rapport. This is a permanent role.
