Job Title: Part Time Credit Controller

Location: Uckfield (Office Based)

Salary: £12p/h

Hours of work: 10am-3pm with 30-minute break - Please note: hours can be flexible

Days of Work: 2 or 3 days depending on what is best for you.

Holiday: 20days pro rota

Part Time Credit Control Position

HRGO Recruitment are looking for a Part Time Credit Controller to work in there busy and friendly office base in Uckfield. The role is Part time and completely flexible in working hours and days you can work.

The ideal candidate will be able to work wither 2 or 3 days a week.

Your role

To maintain as near as possible, the payment of invoices within a month of their due date without damaging the client relationship with the Practice

• Liaising with Accounts Manager

• Collation of excel sheets for clients listing invoices due

• Email and telephone communication with clients

• Maintaining an effective system of client contact and records all communication regarding credit control

• Dealing with client queries on invoices regarding credit control.

• Updating and reporting to the Managing Director and or Operation Director on success and on difficult clients for assistance

• Holiday cover for main account with in your normal hours

Your skills

We are looking for a motivated individual who is able to learn quickly. In general, the following skills are required.

• Understanding Sage 50 accounting system

• Excellent administration skills

• Good IT skills to include Microsoft office,Excel, word.

• Organised and able to work on their own initiative

• Confident in a small team environment

• Confident to speak with clients on credit control

• Ability to work under pressure, and prioritise where necessary

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to maintain confidentiality

Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays Plus all Bank Holidays (Pro-rata) Holiday off after 12 Month
