Due to growth within our team, we are looking to add a Credit Administration Monitoring position within our Credit Risk team. This position will also be responsible for loan document checking, compliance and pre-requisites of credit approval, along with financial covenant checking, credit file management.

Strong mix of analytical skills, credit experience and familiarity within the whole credit process required for this role. Mandarin would also be advantageous but its not mandatory.

Overview:

• Responsible for the credit administration work in Credit Risk Department.

• Conduct the credit administration work including but not limited to ensuring compliance with the credit terms of approval, reviewing the credit commitment letter, credit agreement, facility ticket, etc.

• Be responsible for credit file management.

• Be responsible for financial covenant / undertakings checking, and effectively monitoring, identifying and reasonably measuring credit risk on the Bank's asset portfolio.

• Undertake general credit administration work within credit risk department.

• Ensure compliance within the credit terms of approval, the credit commitment letter

• Review Credit agreement in line with credit approval documents.

• Review facility tickets, to ensure that it's consistent with the credit agreement.

• Review Loan payment and repayment requests.

• Review credit files
