HRGO Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a successful merchandise designer and are looking to fill a vacancy for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver in their Maldon distribution centre. The successful candidate must hold a current independent Counterbalance licence and have a minimum of one years experience. A flexible approach is essential and a willingness to carry out other general duties where required. Following a shift rota the working hours are 7am to 7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off rotating, meaning some shifts will fall on a Saturday and/or Sunday . The hourly rate of pay is £8.50 for the first 12 weeks, thereafter the hourly rate increases to £9.13. The successful candidate must be; Able to commit to working any 4 days out of 7 (including weekends) Able to drive a Counterbalance Forklift and hold the appropriate licence A good communicator Located locally or have own transport due to limited public transport service at the weekend This is an immediate start with good long term prospects.
