Our prestigious client based in Sunderland are looking for a Cook at one of their Schools in the Sunderland area.

This is a temporary position working from 24th February to 3rd April 2020, from 7.00am until 3.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00am until 2.30pm on a Friday.

You must have recent catering experience within a busy school kitchen and possess a Food Hygiene Level II Certificate and also a transferable Enhanced DBS.

Attributes and Skills Required for the Role:-

• Have relevant experience of working within a School or Nursery environment

• Prepare and cook multiple choice meals for a diverse customer base

• Excellent knowledge of stock control, goods ordering and operation and special diets

• Have the relevant hygiene qualifications

• Be enthusiastic and possess excellent communications skills

• Be proactive and a team player

• Computer literate.

The rate of pay is between £9.00 and £9.50 per hour.
