Conveyancer - Full Time

We have a great opportunity for the right candidate to be part of the core team in Alconbury, Spalding and Peterborough. You would be able to shape the future of the office and contribute from the early stages.

The ideal candidate would have: -

• Minimum 3 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing including Licensed Conveyancers & CILEX.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for identifying problematic issues
• High levels of customer service and communication skills to work with clients and stakeholders in the conveyancing market.
• The ability to work on a paperless case management system.
• Track record of reviewing files, leading a team with juniors and ensuring high compliance standards.
• Ability to work within the collective team within the office.
• Dynamic approach to be able to work individually and within a collective team environment.
