Job Description

Contracts Manager/estimator

Meeting with the client and development of specification to meet current standards, obtaining quotes from Sub contractor for the works and produce tenders and quotes. Procurement of materials, labour and plant. The candidate must be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of industrial, commercial roofing and cladding disciplines. flat roofing knowledge would be an advantage.
