THE CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS TO INCLUDE ground works, piling, foundation, landscaping, steel frame buildings,block and brickwork, commercial roofing and cladding. Also interior fit out works to include Electrical work, ceiling, grid work, mechanical installations works, dry lining, plaster boarding, joinery and painting. Projects values are usually anything from £100k to £1.5 million. A high % of the clients projects are in the refurbishment sector, it is very important that you understand the clients requirements to ensure we offer a competitive tender to include well considered solution's for their requirements. To be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and have full knowledge of current health and safety regulation and hold a SMSTS or above a health and safety certificate would be a great advantage.
