Contracts Administrator (band 4)
We are currently looking for an efficient contracts administrator to work in the Public sector Birmingham. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for providing an administrative support for all functions delivered through the Contracts Team. The role supports the team and management with the management of projects, gathering information and taking enquires for the head of department and team. Also will administer meetings and take minutes or action notes as agreed.
The role is working remotely but you will be required to come into office sometimes. It is also a 12 week contract.
Qualifications and experience:
Educated to at least GCSE level (5 GCSEs including Maths & English), or NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject (or equivalent level of qualification)
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
