Urgently required short term Maintenance Engineer (Contract) LOCATION: Deeside HOURS: Shifts 3 on days and nights SALARY: 18.50 per hour REF: VR/00767 The successful candidate will be an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a proven history of achieving results, be flexible and quick thinking to overcome problems as and when they arise. Job specification: * You will be required to troubleshoot and lead with a continuous improvement initiative. * Carry out planned maintenance activities are delivered within the allocated time. * Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings. * Ability to carry out reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery. * Ability to install and move conveyors, pumps, and valves. * Undertake general housekeeping duties. * To instill best working practices. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Mechanical Engineering * Previous experience within a fast-paced environment * Degree qualified or ONC/HNC qualified with a proven track record in Mechanical Engineering. * Health and Safety focused. * Excellent communication and time management skills.
