Conference Centre Receptionist

Conference Centre Receptionist Our client are looking for a experienced highly polished receptionist to join their prestigious conference centre just outside Cambridge. With your own transport, bubbly person, professional attitude and exceptional administrative skills this may be the job for you. You will be providing excellent tailored customer service for conference and hotel visitors in a fast paced, guest focused environment, working alone but also within a motivated team, no day will be the same, offering variety and a challenge Salary £20k - £25k DOE Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, hours of cover are 7am to 8pm - A degree of flexibility is required. Uniform is provided along with food and refreshments whilst on duty Duties and Responsibilities * Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner. Respond to bookings, support and advise clients with their needs via email and telephone * Answer all incoming calls * Administrative support to various department * Manage the booking system to effectively check availability, record enquiries, create bookings and generate accurate client invoices * Maintain the client database * Respond daily to enquires via email and * Coordinate the office facilities e.g. Stationery supplies, photocopier, catering menus and signage * Produce weekly reports Skills and Experience * Excellent communications, written and oral * Ability to develop good working relationships with people at all levels * Good knowledge of MS office applications, especially Excel and Word * Must be able to work flexible hours * Highly organised, methodical and attention to detail
