HR GO Recruitment are looking for someone to join their team which specialises in Training courses. Our client is looking for someone with good experience in government funded training contracts in Traineeships and Apprenticeships to manage all compliance and administration in the company.

The role:

• We are looking for someone with good experience in government funded training contracts in Traineeships and Apprenticeships to manage all compliance and administration in the company.
• The successful candidate would preferably have experience of ESFA funding rules and compliance and, in particular, monthly submissions for claims to ESFA.
• Ideally, the candidate would have experience of PICSWeb software system which we use for managing this and preferably some knowledge of book-keeping.
• In addition to compliance, the manager would also be responsible for all administration within the company with a team of 4 staff reporting to her/him.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ideally some experience with ESFA compliance and submissions for Traineeships and Apprenticeships and PICSWeb software system
• Outstanding communication, planning & organisation and excellent attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and approachable and able to liaise effectively with fellow managers and all staff.
• Ideally some book-keeping experience or financial qualification.
