Compliance Co-ordinator

HR GO Recruitment are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their client based in Stansted. To apply for this position the successful Candidate will need to be working or have worked within a similar role. Key Responsibilities include: * To monitor the document register ensuring all entries are reviewed at least annually, logging the review due date, reviewed date, any amendments and version numbers * To ensure all documents within SharePoint are current * To review specified documents quarterly and issue communications accordingly * To assist in identifying and creating business processes towards accomplishing business goals specific for the organisation and improvement * To assist in the implementation of any process required for accreditations required by the organisation to achieving the desired business goals of the organisation (e.g. ISO9001) * To be involved in projects at development phase and assist in trialling, implementing and assesses new processes or projects * To assist in annual audit of all HR GO Recruitment and Driving Offices * To collate audit results, be involved in the creation of Action Plans when required to improve audit result to an acceptable level and carry out follow up visits for those not reaching the required standard as per the Compliance Policy/Process * To log and categorise complaints, negative reviews and detractor responses received via survey software. * To assist in analysing the above to identify trends and assist in the formulation of action plans or required reviews to processes * To collate multiple sources of data for quarterly overviews and documented Management Reviews * To assist in the implementation of specific internal projects for ensuring consistency (e.g. Job Descriptions) * The creation of Microsoft feedback forms as and when required and the subsequent collating of results The following attributes and skills would also be advantageous: * The ability to work within procedures and set standards * The ability to negotiate compromise within set parameters * Relationship builder (colleagues, candidates, clients) * Self-motivator * Ability to work under pressure * Well organised, methodical approach to tasks, able to prioritise demanding workload while paying attention to details * Ability to plan, organise and prioritise - effective time management * Proactive * Intermediate IT knowledge * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills If you would like to find out more about this exciting new opportunity, please give us a call, we would love to hear from you.
