Main duties consist of:

• Dealing with Commercial Property purchases

• Drafting contracts for sales, lease agreements and legal charges

• Liaising with the commercial team regarding all transactions and associated business

• Complying with all regulations at all times

• Carrying out other client matters such as Freehold and Leasehold work

The ideal applicant:

• A bachelor's degree in Law is essential for this role

• Property Law experience is essential

• Must be a team player

• Must be able to use own initiative

• Must play an active part in the company and be able to take the role to the next level
