This firm have been established in Kent for many years and are renowned for their solid reputation and are determined to to an outstanding job observing the highest possible standards. This opportunity brings the successful individual the scope and freedom to sharp their own career within a highly successful firm. You will be responsible for conducting client matters including: * Dealing with Commercial Property purchases * Drafting contracts for sales, lease agreements and legal charges * Liaising with the commercial team regarding all transactions and associated business * Complying with all regulations at all times * Carrying out other client matters such as Freehold and Leasehold work The person: * A bachelors degree in Law is essential for this role * Must have 3-5+ Post Qualification Experience * Property Law experience is essential * Must be a team player * Must be able to use own initiative * Must play an active part in the company and be able to take the role to the next level The firm offer a very competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience, with a supportive and collaborative culture.
