HRGO have position Collection Co-ordinator available in Rotherham . The job is to support the Collection Manger shift available 13:30 - 21:30 Monday till Friday The role : Speaking with collection customers Dealing with complaints Dealing with van breakdowns and helping with the deliveries and collections Collection customer issues - Finding out which driver is the closest to a collection point and diverting them to collect parcels with minimum damage to deliveries Overseeing the Late Shift sort as around 10 staff help unload vans as they come back to the depot and are despatched to the hubs Also is covering the manager while he is on leave which obviously has more responsibility, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn If you are interesting please call me on 01302769600 or 07795668156 and ask for Justyna or send CV to industrial@hrgo.co.uk
