Long established successful and respected precision engineering manufacturing company who specialise in the manufacturing of machined components for various industries including Automotive, Defence and Marine industries; using the very latest in machining technology; is looking to recruit a CNC Turner to join their 4 day per week, day shift.

CNC Turner Key Tasks:

• Program, set and operate CNC lathes lathe's using Mazatrol.
• Be able to inspect own work.
• Update tooling sheets and record cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety.
• Work to Company instructions and drawings.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Knowledge of various machines and controls. (Ideally Mazatrol)
• Understand capabilities of tools and materials.
• Team Player.
• Any Sliding Head experience - beneficial.

Qualifications or knowledge Required:

• A suitable engineering apprenticeship would be advantageous.
• Any online editing would be beneficial.
• Own transport recommended, due to location.

Day Shift:　

• Monday - Wednesday - 7.30am to 6.00pm & Thursday 7.30am to 5.00pm.
• Hours: 39-hour, 4-day week

Salary Guide:

• circa £32,000 pa
