Client Services Advisor - Homebased / Glasgow
Our leading client in Glasgow is looking for a Homebased Client Service Advisor, to work on a permanent basis, for 37.5 hours per week.
This role is homebased but does require candidates to be a reasonable distance from Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active UK wide company.
The salary is £18,642.00 per annum with an immediate start date available.
As a Client Service Advisor, your role will include the following:
- Being on the front line
- Call handling
- Providing information and ensuring full customer satisfaction
- Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers
- Work in a varied and fast-paced environment
Experience / skills required;
- Previous customer service skills and experience.
- Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls, listening to customers' needs and requests providing helpful solutions to their problems.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and IT Solutions
- Diary management experience
- Ability to rationalise competing priorities
- Confident communicator
- Providing services to meet quality assurance targets
- Working to and maintaining Internal and external KPI`s
- Maintaining accurate customer service record
