We are looking for strong and previous experienced customer service/administrators for a 3 month temporary contract to start in December 2020 this role will be situated close to Heathrow Airport.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service- Call Centre environment
• Investigate and resolve issues as required
• Providing clearance of goods and support to external customers
• Advising customers on new procedures related to Brexit regulations
• Data Entry- good attention to detail
• Navigating between various systems- requires good I.T skills
• Completing any related administration ensuring completeness and compliance
• Follow predefined procedures and processes
• Regular interaction with first line management
• Occasional interaction with suppliers and vendors
• Maintaining the CRM
• Notify management of any non-compliant issues as they arise
• Working closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned
• Full training will be given
