HR GO are currently looking for a cleaner to work within a factory operation. You will deliver high level cleaning standards across the site to ensure our products are crafted in the best possible environment. You will receive all the training you need to effectively support production in a variety of tasks, across various departments and production lines.

The role needs to provide cover across 24/7 operation working 12-hour days and nights rotating 3 on 3 off. 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

You will be responsible for:

• Adhering to standards in key areas such health & safety, food safety, cost, performance and environmental targets
• Following standard operating procedures, policies and ways of working
• Focus on cleaning of tanks and washrooms within the factory
• Completing key hygiene team tasks and compliance checks
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet key production targets
• Taking part in proactive problem-solving activities and showing an active interest in looking for ways to improve the production operation
