Job Title: CLASS 2 DRIVERS Location: Newcastle Airport Salary: £9.43p.h, 40 Hours a week, working on a shift pattern, includes weekends. Working in our clients Service Delivery department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that flights are fully catered and depart on time. This will involve the loading of bar and catering equipment from an airport side location on to one of our clients 17 tonne rigid vehicles then driving this airside and loading onto the plane. Due to the physical nature of the role you will be required to do a lot of lifting, bending and stretching with only a small percentage of your time spent driving. The role will also require you to liaise with cabin crew from a variety of airlines we serve, to facilitate the transfer of catering equipment to and from your vehicle. About You * Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence with less than 6 points * Full drivers CPC * You must have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work * You must enjoy working as part of team in a fast moving environment where deadlines are tight to ensure that flights depart on time. * Basic numeracy skills * Basic checking skills If you are successful you will be provided with full training on all processes and systems.
