Working for one of the UK's leading food service and facilities provider, my client is looking for a Chef to work Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 3.30pm at an organisation based in Northfleet.
You will have previously worked in a fast-paced environment and be used to overseeing effective and efficient food production. You will be expected to pick up full knowledge of the menu, manage production to ensure minimal wastage and ensure food levels are maintained throughout all service periods.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with my client's requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents.
My client is looking for someone who can suggest ideas and improvements and be happy to act as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards.
You will be NVQ Level 2 Culinary qualified or equivalent and hold a food hygiene level 2 certificate.
