Are you a Chef looking for a new challenge for the summer? Our client is looking for a full time Chef to see them through the busy summer period. You will need to have a passion for good food with the ability to share your knowledge with the team around you. The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will support them in the effective running of the kitchen and associated areas, ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery. Responsibilities will include the cooking and presentation of seasonal and special menus, using fresh, locally source produce. Assisting with menu planning. Maintaining a positive and pro active attitude at all times you will actively seek to improve the skills of yourself and the team. It will be your responsibility to prepare and serve meals of a high standard to customers in the restaurant, as well as assisting with the catering for large functions.
