We are looking for talented, enthusiastic Commis Chefs to join our team in our new state of the art Premium Kitchen facilities at our site near Birmingham Airport. With the capacity to produce over 76,000 in-flight meals per day in dedicated Halal and Non-Halal Kitchens this is a fantastic opportunity for Commis Chefs to join our successful team and contribute towards the production of outstanding food from economy to first-class fine dining. About you: You must: * Be experienced in producing food at high volumes to customer specifications within tight financial constraints * Be comfortable working to high quality standards from excellent food preparation to skilled presentation * Have an understanding of and capability to work within hygiene, HACCP and Health & Safety standards. You should be able to work a mixture of early and late shifts between 5.00am and 11.00pm (40 hours per week) over 5 out of 7 days.
