HRGO are currently recruiting for Chefs on all Levels for client in East Sussex.
Ideally you will have experience working in a professional kitchen and hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in professional cooking.
You will be creative with menus, with the ability to plate up beautiful dishes, whilst working at a fast pace. You will use locally sourced ingredients and be cooking a 'gastro' style pub menu. Experience cooking and preparing seafood would be beneficial as our client is close to the sea, and pride themselves on their local seafood, particularly during the summer months.
Hours of work will vary, however the successful applicant will need to be flexible and willing to work evenings and / or weekends - work will be on a rota basis with weekly pay - there is a view for this to be a permanent role for the right person. You will need to be a driver due to the location.
