Would you like to work for a global leader in airline and event catering based near Heathrow Airport? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie working with high end luxury clients. This is a full time permanent position. £22-24,000 pa plus overtime JOB ROLE * Produce meals according to the Head Chef/Sous Chef's recipes, meeting all quality and time targets. * Co-ordinate, plan, participate in and supervise the production, preparation and presentation of meals. * Adhere to hygiene and health and safety standards and instruct other catering staff. * Instruct kitchen staff of food quality by training helpers to ensure they meet company standards for food products. REQUIREMENTS * You will need to have a culinary qualification and good knowledge of international recipes and cooking technologies. * Job experience in either airline/event/cruise catering - minimum 3 stars plus. * Ability to manage high volumes of meals at a fast pace, maintaining high standards of quality. * Flexible in work shifts and hours with fluency in written and spoken English. Successful candidates will be required to provide a full 5 year history and be DBS checked.
