A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Catering Manager, for school in the Ashford area. You will manage the catering option and manage the catering staff, to ensure the service and standards provided meet the requirements, objectives, and policies required.
Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of all functional activities in food production and service
Responsibility for sourcing all food and commodities
Adhere to set budgets
Be aware of current trends and legislation regarding food and food safety
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and associated areas
About you:
Previous catering experience is essential
Proficiency with budgeting
Team leader
Approachable
