Cargo customer services opportunity available at an expanding, global cargo airline operating out of Heathrow Airport. You will be responsible for communicating key information to customers regarding bookings, flight details and any relevant changes or updates. The responsibilities of the Cargo Service Executive include, but aren't limited to: * Issuing and recording quotes to customers. * Collecting documentation for 'special cargo', including pharmaceuticals, dangerous goods and large cargo. * Providing post-flight details to customers. * Informing customers of any non-conformance's, e.g. delays and damages. * Reserving and confirming spaces on Cargo Spot with the Capacity Control team. * Planning and booking trucks, both regional and continental. * Communicating with stakeholders and internal departments when necessary. * Processing OK2FWD demands and verifying AWB's. Experience within cargo and aviation practices coupled with a successful history within customers services is required. You must be an organised and meticulous person, as well as possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
