HR Go Education have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to work as a supply Care Assistant for a brilliant SEND, residential school based in Broadstairs!

We are looking for someone with a background in care that is compassionate, resilient, and committed to the role of a care assistant!

Working in the residential side of the school, the candidate would need to be comfortable with personal care and able to consistently assist the pupils in their daily routines; whether that be on the morning or evening shifts.

Experience or a clear understanding of SEND would be desirable for this position as the students have varied additional needs and their individual needs would need be taken into consideration when providing care and support - the pupils range from primary to secondary school ages.

Requirements for the role:

• Able to commit to either 7:30 to 10:30 or 3:30 to 10:00.
• Hold an enhanced DBS (which can be applied for through HRGO).
• Someone with a background in care.
• Desirable to have experience working with children or adults with SEND.
• Hold a Moving and Handling Certificate (can be applied for through HRGO).
• Someone who is reliable, hard-working, and resilient.
