We are looking for a number of Card Services Helpdesk Advisors to join a busy inbound team. The roles are due to start 27.9.2021 with full training and support provided. We are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who have gained previous customer service experience within Retail/Hospitality or other customer service environments. These are full time roles working 5 out of 7 days between 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm on a rota basis.

As a Card Services Helpdesk Advisor you will be required to:

• Answering queries with regards to customer accounts, such as interest and plan expiry dates
• Taking payments over the phone for customers
• Help customers set up direct debits over the phone
• Assist customers who have locked themselves out of their online accounts
• Carrying out required DPA
• Dealing with disgruntled customers, complaints resolution as first point of call late payment fees or charges
• Liaising with various departments, such as fraud, customer services and collections
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
