HRGO are recruiting for CallEast Advisors in Norwich with an immediate start.

You would be working for a Public Sector health organisation, and this is a full-time temporary position until April 2023.

You will be required to answer non-emergency calls. These calls relate to patient transport booking, District Nursing, Midwifery and Commercial clients.

Hours of work are as follows:

• Weekdays: 6am - 8pm, £9.50

• Nights: 8pm - 6am and Saturdays, £13.40

• Bank Holidays and Sundays: £17.39

Shifts are 8 hours and are on a rotational basis. You must also be available to work on Christmas Day for a few hours (if required).

Qualifications required for this position are 4 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification), RSA Level 3, (or equivalent keyboard skill).

Full training will be given, and free on-site parking is also available.
