Our client is looking to recruit experienced Call Handlers to work within a busy call centre environment. These are full time positions working 38.4 hours per week, 4 on 4 off rota made up of days and nights. Duties will include: * Taking inbound emergency repair calls * Monitioring Alarms * Updating internal database and systems * Assisting customers in the first instance with finding fault and resolution * Organising contractors and engineers to resolve issues * Follow up on all jobs to ensure customer satisfaction * Working to set KPI's You will have gained previous customer service/call centre experience. Must be computer literate with the ability to learn and use different software packages. Must have an understanding and empathetic tone with customers whilst working to set KPI's and timeframes.
