Temporary Call Centre

We are looking for people with great customer service skills, who are looking to work for a successful, fun and sociable organisation to join their busy call centre team, in the centre if Bishops Stortford.

The role will be to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to their customers through ensuring a timely and efficient service.

No experience necessary, full training given.

Hours - 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. You MUST be able to work weekends.

Paying £8.21 per hour plus bonuses.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To deal with all customer orders and queries by telephone, emails and letters and promptly process all orders/queries
• Taking customer call backs
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• General admin tasks as required
