Position: Customer centre advisor

Location: Cheadle Hulme - Office based

Hours: Between 9:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday with optional Saturdays

Salary: £21,000 Basic Salary OTE £35,000

Job role

This call centre position requires a self-motivated, versatile, works well as part of a team.

• Working towards daily KPI
• Building rapport with all customers
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Managing your own pipeline
• Overcoming objections

Knowledge & Experience:

• The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• A polite and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Patience and empathy with customers who may need extra support
• Previous experience in a call/contact centre role is desirable but not essential
