Our client are looking for experienced customer service operatives to join their rapidly expanding team based on the outskirts of Doncaster. As an established and prestigious business operating in the automotive sector opportunities have arisen to become a part of their vibrant sales team.

Duties/expectations: -

• Contacting existing customers to arrange service appointments, MOT's and to up-sell various related products and treatments
• Up-selling pre-paid service plan agreements
• Handling inbound enquires from customers and identifying opportunities to cross sell value added products
• You MUST have excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
• Be resilient and able to overcome objections
• You MUST have experience of working within a sales environment

Hours/Holidays: -

• 8:30am till 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
• 1 in 3 Saturday - 9am till 12:30pm
• 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

There may be a requirement to work additional hours as and when needed.
